Everything you’d text Will about, handled here.
Request titles, see exactly where they are, fix bad copies, and get a notification when things are ready or back up.
Set up once
Which Sigflix icon should I use?
Just one: open sigflix.stream in Safari (iPhone or iPad) or Chrome, then choose Share → Add to Home Screen. Delete any older Sigflix icons or bookmarks so you always land on the current version.
How do I get notified instead of checking?
Open Profile → Settings → Notifications on each device you use and choose Turn on for this device. You can choose alerts for your requests being ready, new episodes of shows you follow, and service outages. On iPhone and iPad, push only works from the Home Screen icon, so add that first.
I can’t sign in to Plex on a new device.
Sign in with the same Plex account you were invited with. On TVs and streaming boxes, choose the sign-in code option and enter the code at plex.tv/link. If you forgot your password, reset it at plex.tv. Never text or email a password to anyone.
Use Sigflix from your AI assistant
Can my AI assistant request things for me?
Yes. Claude, ChatGPT, Grok, Muse and similar assistants can search, check where something is, request it, follow a show, and report a problem — as you, with the same limits you have in Sigflix. It never sees anyone else’s requests.
How do I connect Claude, ChatGPT or Grok?
Open Profile → Settings → Connect an assistant and copy the prompt into your assistant. It adds Sigflix as a connector and asks you to sign in with Plex and choose Allow. That’s it.
How do I connect Muse or another assistant?
In Profile → Settings → Connect an assistant, type the assistant’s name and choose Connect. Copy the message it shows into that assistant. The message contains a private key: paste it only into your own assistant, never anywhere else.
How do I disconnect an assistant?
Choose Disconnect next to it in Profile → Settings → Connect an assistant. Sign out everywhere disconnects every assistant at once.
Ask from Telegram
Can I ask Sigflix things in Telegram?
Yes. Flick, the Sigflix Concierge, answers in Telegram as you — the same answers and buttons as in the app, with your own access. It never shows anyone else’s requests.
How do I connect Telegram?
Open Profile → Settings → Connect Telegram and choose Connect Telegram. Open the link on the device where you use Telegram and press Start. The link works once, for 10 minutes.
How do I use it in a group chat?
Mention the bot (for example “@SigflixBot is Severance in yet?”) or reply to one of its messages. It answers whoever asked, and buttons under an answer only work for that person. Everyone who asks needs their own connected account.
How do I disconnect Telegram?
Choose Disconnect in Profile → Settings → Connect Telegram, or send /unlink to the bot. Sign out everywhere also disconnects it.
Getting something added
How do I request something?
Search for the movie or show, open it, and choose Request. That is the whole process. Some requests need approval; asking again will not speed it up.
Someone already requested it.
Choose Track this title. It appears in My List, and with notifications on you will hear when new episodes arrive. Following never creates a duplicate request.
Where is it? It should be here by now.
Open the title and check Where is it?. It tells you the real reason in plain words: not released or aired yet (with the date), waiting for approval, searching, downloading with an estimate, or stuck. For shows it lists every episode, so a missing episode 11 is either “airs Thursday” or “missing”.
It says it is stuck or missing.
Choose Search again on the title. Sigflix looks for a fresh copy right away. If nothing turns up, it keeps trying on its own schedule.
When something won’t play right
It stops early, is the wrong movie, or the audio is off.
Open the title and choose Report a problem. For a bad copy, Sigflix removes it and grabs a replacement automatically, then notifies you when it is ready. You do not need to explain it to anyone.
It keeps buffering.
In Plex, set video quality to Original or Maximum, and try the Plex app itself (other players such as Infuse can struggle with some files). If it still buffers, choose Report a problem → Won’t play. That sends the details of your stream straight to the person who can fix it.
Plex is down or shows warning triangles.
Check Status. If there is an outage, Sigflix already knows: you will see a banner, and with outage alerts on you will get a notification when it is back. There is nothing you need to report.
Your watch history
How does Sigflix know what I have seen?
It combines your Plex watch history with corrections you save using the eye button. For shows, “seen” means every episode currently available, not future ones.
Can I hide things I have seen or already requested?
Yes. Choose Unseen & unrequested on Home, Browse or Search.
Still stuck?
Ask the Concierge.
Open the Concierge and ask in plain words, such as “did the new Big Brother come in?” or “Obsession cut off early”. It checks the same live status as the app and offers one-tap buttons to request, search again, or report a problem.
When should I contact Will?
Almost never. Problems Sigflix cannot fix on its own are sent to Will automatically with the details attached. Contact him only if you cannot sign in at all, even after resetting your Plex password.
